Native Hawaiian Charter School Recognized for Excellence

Honolulu, HI –Halau Ku Mana, a Hawaiian focused public charter school received the Most
Improved Charter School award from the Hawaii Public Charter School Network at its 2nd Annual Awards and Fundraising Dinner on May 3 at the Hawaii Prince Hotel. Mahina Paishon-Duarte, Principal, accepted the award and thanked all 34 charter schools for their work in
