Voyager Public Charter School, located in the heart of Kaka‘ako, provides top-quality, tuition-free education to 250 students from over 26 O‘ahu communities—from Waimanalo to Wai‘anae. Established in 2001, Voyager continues in its mission to introduce, adapt and demonstrate successful methods of learning aimed at improving student attitudes and academic performance. This amazing K-8 public charter school is poised to become a model school for Hawai‘i that is truly raising the bar on public education in Hawai‘i.
Henry Kapono Ka'aihue will serenade guests with his soulful musical tapestry as the featured artist of the evening. The winner of numerous Na Hoku Hano Hano Awards including Male Vocalist of the Year, Song of the Year, and Album of the Year, Kapono’s music is infused with his love for Hawai‘i. Kapono’s extensive collection of “feel good” original compositions blends aloha with soul, set to island rhythms that are exclusively Kapono.
Executive Chef Kawika Cahill of Hale ‘Aina Award winning Formaggio Wine Bar and Grill has created a delectable island inspired menu reflecting his unique culinary style. Chef’s culinary creations have been described as simple yet elegant, balanced with clean and approachable flavors, and comforting and respectful of tradition. Our guests will also enjoy fine wines paired by Hawai‘i’s best wine bar.
